Entry to Lower 6th or Form five at St Georges College, however, depends on the applicant’s performance in his IGCSE (formerly O) Level Examinations, and there are usually some places available for boys who have written these examinations elsewhere and have achieved good grades.

In addition, every Lower VI student is required to participate in the Service Projects’ programme (community service), while awaiting his IGCSE results in early January.  This programme of participation will be available to pupils later in the academic year, once an application has been furnished and is being considered by the Headmaster.
