Daramombe High School, established in 1939 by the Anglican Church, is a prominent co-educational boarding institution located in Mashonaland East Province, Zimbabwe.
The School is about 45 kilometres from Chivhu and 7 kilometres Dust Road from the Chivhu–Murambinda Highway. It is a boarding school which also serves day scholars from surrounding villages.
The school's outstanding performances in academics and sports have not gone unnoticed. In 2021 Daramombe High was awarded the Secretary's bell.

In 2020, Daramombe maintained a respectable pass rate of 67.97%, a figure consistent with its performance in 2013 when the school was ranked 60th out of 100 schools with the same pass rate.
However, the most notable improvement came in 2015 when the school significantly boosted its pass rate to 85.93%, climbing to position 30 out of 100 schools.

Daramombe Application Requirements
There are no Daramombe High School application forms for Form One Places 2025. The enrolment is done through the Ministry of Education’s EMAP platform.
This is usually available after the publication of the Grade 7 results. However, the cut-off point for Form 1 is 9 points.
No applications are accepted directly at the school for the 2025 intake.

Daramombe has a standard diet which includes pork, chicken, beef, eggs, fish and fruits.
Students are required to bring tuck to complement their diet. The tuck list includes items such as Mazoe, biscuits, maputi, Zapnax, sweets, and Maheu.
However, tinned foods, noodles, and cereals are not allowed.
A school tuck shop is also available for the convenience of students.
Projects at Daramombe
The school aims to foster an agro-entrepreneurial mindset in students. To this end, it runs various agricultural projects, including poultry farming, horticulture, rabbitry, piggery, fish farming and cattle rearing.
