Nyashanu High School is located in the Murambinda, Buhera district of Manicaland Province,. Established in 1967, the school is a co-educational boarding institution run by the Reformed Church in Zimbabwe (RCZ).
The school can be reached via a tarred road, followed by a 28 km stretch of gravel road leading up to the gate. Water is readily available throughout the school for the convenience of both students and staff.
