Kutama College Application For 2025 Intake

All candidates undergo a pre-assessment at age 12, during year 7 of Primary School in Zimbabwean educational terms, by taking an Entrance Examination. This assessment includes academic tests primarily in Mathematics and English, serving as the initial screening stage.
The Mathematics paper also covers science and ICT.
Successful candidates are then interviewed, and a report or recommendation from the student's current school is required.

Those offered conditional places must pass their Grade Seven national examinations to secure their place, or perform reasonably well in their final mid-term examinations if there are extenuating circumstances affecting their national exam performance.
The school admits 120 students annually, equally divided between boys and girls. The turnout for the entrance tests can be substantial. In 2024, about 600 students attended the assessment.
