Churchill High School Application Process

Form One Application

There are no Churchill High School application forms to download for form one places 2021. The enrolment is done online through the Ministry of Education’s EMAP platform.

This is usually available after publication of the Grade 7 results. You are encouraged to apply as quickly as possible because the competition for places is stiff and there are fewer places available.

Lower Sixth (Form 5 Application)

Applicants should go to the school with their form 4 results slips.

The minimum number of A’s required to do sciences, commercials and arts are 9, 7 and 5 respectively. The minimum number is however subject to change depending on the general performance of the students for each particular year. About 148 vacancies exist for boys.
