How To Apply To Midlands Christian College
Admission is usually by assessment test in the first instance. This helps the staff in determining the maturity, potential and present level of achievement of each pupil. School reports from the junior or previous schools are considered. Date of application is also taken into account.
Application forms (downloadable below) are available to interested candidates with a non-refundable administration fee to be confirmed on collection or submission of the form. When forms are completed and returned the school uses a waiting list when enrolling.
The waiting list position in the first instance is determined by the date of application. That means when a vacancy occurs the applicant who is at the top of the waiting list will then be invited to write an assessment test. If successful the applicant will be accepted for admission.
Midlands Christian College will not exercise discrimination in terms of its admission of pupils be it on gender, sex, race, colour, nationality, ethnicity, and ability to the extent that our facilities permit, in so far as it complies with our Christian values and ethos, and will extend equal rights and privileges in educating these learners through the various programmes and activities offered by the school.
