Nemane High School is a mixed school producing the best academic results at ‘A’ Level in Tsholotsho District. The school was established in 1984 and it has a history of academic excellence.
It is administered by the West Zimbabwe Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.Nemane Adventist High School enrolled its first “A” level (form 5) students in 2004.
The school enrols both day and boarding pupils. A staff complement of about 30 teachers and a student enrolment of about 500 make up the school.
This is one of the top Adventist boarding schools in Zimbabwe. Students at the school have access to e-learning resources.
Curriculum
Nemane Adventist High School offers a comprehensive curriculum endorsed by the ZIMSEC Board. At the “O” level, subjects include Mathematics, Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics), Languages (English, IsiNdebele), Business Studies, and various vocational subjects like Computer Science, Wood Technology, and Clothing and Textiles.
At the “A” level, students can pursue advanced studies in Pure Maths, Sciences, Agriculture, Business Studies, and more.
Additionally, vocational courses under HEXCO cover practical skills such as Computer Programming, Garment Construction, and Cabinet Making, preparing students for diverse career paths.
Nemane Adventist High School Pass Rate
The school produces the best academic results at ‘A’ Level in Tsholotsho District.
In 2017, the school was awarded a trophy for maintaining a 100% pass rate in all Arts subjects from 2015-2017 (three years in a row).
The pass rate for 2015 Advanced Level stood as follows; HISTORY 100% , GEOGRAPHY 100%, LITERATURE IN ENGLISH 100%, ISINDEBELE/ZULU 100%, DIVINITY 100%, BIOLOGY 100%,MATHEMATICS 100% OVERAL PASSRATE 100%.
The school was also awarded a trophy for being the non-formal educational center at national level.
The school also offers Hexco National Foundation courses in the Following Areas: Motor Maintenance, Brick and Block laying, Cabinet making, Computer operations and Packages, Computer Programming, Computer systems installation Servicing and repairs, Horticulture, Business English, Book Keeping, Office Practice, Garment Construction. An overall 92% pass rate was attained in these courses in 2015.

Nemane High Seeks to enrol all kinds of learners irrespective of race, colour, creed and Nationality. The school enrols students at all levels from form one to form 6.
All Learners applying for a place at Nemane MUST be properly cleared from their previous school and such evidence is required before admission. Learners Complete an Application Form Provided by the School and Pay an Admission fee of $10 upon Acceptance.
The Admission Fee Covers Report Booklet, Student, Handbook and Student ID costs. Application forms are available at school and can be emailed upon request.

Projects
Our Poultry Project is a key initiative, currently raising over 200 chickens and serving as a vital learning platform for students.
Through hands-on experience, students have become skilled in both chicken and egg production, gaining expertise in managing broiler chickens for meat and layer chickens for egg production.
This project not only provides valuable agricultural education but also supports the school with fresh poultry products.
The inclusion of both broiler and layer breeds allows students to gain a comprehensive understanding of poultry farming from both perspectives.
