The Ministry of Health and Child Care is inviting applications for the three-year Diploma in General Nurse Training for the September 2025 intake. If you’re passionate about a healthcare career, this is your chance to make a difference.
Entry Requirements For General Nurse Training September 2025 Intake:
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 Ordinary Level subjects with Grade C or better.
- Compulsory subjects: English Language and a Science subject (Biology, Chemistry, Integrated Science, Physical Science, or Combined Science).
The remaining 3 subjects exclude practical subjects such as:
- Fashion & Fabrics
- Metal Work
- Technical Graphics
- Art
- Woodwork
- Physical Education
- Building, etc.
Please note that results must be obtained from no more than two sittings, and examination slips are not accepted.
Applicants must be between 18 and 30 years of age by 1st September 2025.

- Birth Certificate
- National ID
- O’Level Certificates
- Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
- 2 passport-size photos (with your name on the back)
Verification of original documents will be done on the interview day.
