Tynwald High School Admission Requirements

To secure a place at Tynwald High, prospective parents interested in enrolling their children can begin the application process by downloading the application form from the school’s website. Once the form has been completed, it must be submitted to the school in person.

Alternatively, parents can complete the application form at the school’s offices.

Form 1 enrollment is based on a first-come, first-served basis, and prospective parents are advised to apply early due to limited places.

An Entrance Test is carried out each year in Term 2. In addition, a non-refundable registration fee of USD 50 is required and must be submitted along with the completed application form and a copy of the applicant’s birth certificate.

Junior School students are given a special waiver; their places are guaranteed.

Students applying for Lower 6 must bring their ZimSec results (at least 8 A’s) to the school, meaning applications are submitted physically.

Furthermore, the school hosts an Open Day each year. This allows prospective students and parents to visit the school, tour the facilities, and learn more about the school programs.

The Open Day for Form 1 2026 is scheduled for Saturday, June 7th, at 9:00 AM.
