TelOne Centre for Learning (TCFL), a SADC Certified Centre of Excellence and an affiliate of the National University of Science and Technology (NUST), invites applications for the February 2026 intake.
The Telone courses 2026 intake has been released. The institution also released application requirements for its various Degrees, Diploma programs, and short courses. Prospective students can enroll in the programme that best suits their career goals.

TelOne Technical Department Courses & Fees
Students studying B.Eng.Telecommunications Degree which lasts 5 years will be expected to pay US$735 per semester.
Those doing the shorter three-year diploma course for Telecommunications Engineering will have to fork out US$5635 per semester.
The following Diplomas with a duration of three years will have tuition fees of US$635.
- Dip in Software Engineering (Hexco)
- Dip In Data Science (Hexco)
- Dip in Computer Networking (Hexco)
- Diploma in Cyber Security (Hexco)
These tuition fees include $30 medical aid per semester.
TelOne Center For Learning Fees For Business Department Courses
The following three-year courses in the business department now have tuition fees of US$635 per semester.

- Dip In Financial Engineering
- Dip In Business Analytics
The one-year postgraduate diplomas have had their fees increased to US$635. The diplomas are:

About Telone Center For Learning
The TelOne Center For Learning is a skills training organisation in Zimbabwe that operates a number of learning centres in the country.
The centre focuses on telecoms, technology and business training. The Institution runs a mixed-mode system of training in all the regions in Zimbabwe and offers online courses for students living outside Harare.
New programs were introduced, Diplomas in Software Engineering, Computer Networking, Data Science, Business Analytics, Financial Engineering, Digital Marketing and many more.
In 2002, it was certified as one of the Southern Africa Development Committee (SADC) Centers of Excellence by the Southern Africa Transport and Communications Commission (SATCC), thereby enabling it to offer training services to the SADC region at large.
It is headquartered in Zimbabwe.

The requirements for TelOne courses vary by program. For diploma programs, you need 5 O-Level passes, including Mathematics, English, and Science, and you must submit certified copies of your O-Level results, National ID, and Birth Certificate. For degree programs, you need 3 A-Level passes, including Mathematics, Physics, and another science subject, along with 5 O-Level passes, including Mathematics, English, and Science. Certified copies of your A-Level and O-Level results, National ID, and Birth Certificate are also required. Short courses generally have fewer requirements, often only needing basic literacy and numeracy skills.
Yes, every year TelOne has an August intake.
The Cisco courses offered by TelOne are priced at USD 100 per level. Additionally, there is a registration fee of USD 10 for each level.
