O level 2025 Results Out: How To View Online

The Zimbabwe School Examinations Council (ZIMSEC) has released the 2025 Ordinary Level examination results today, with the national pass rate rising to 35%, marking the third consecutive year of sustained improvement.

The results will be available online for 5 days after the announcement. See instructions on how to see the results online below.

The release of these results follows closely on the heels of the Advanced Level results from November 2025, which saw a national pass rate of 95.75 percent, maintaining a consistent performance with the previous year’s results.

Additionally, the Grade 7 results were released last November, showing a considerable improvement to a 48 percent pass rate, a slight decrease from 49.01 percent in 2024.

How To View The 2025 Zimsec O-Level Results Online: Step-By-Step

Remember the portal will be open for 5 days only. The 2025 results portal will be open at 4 pm.

1. Visit the ZIMSEC website on www.zimsec.co.zw and you will be taken to the home page.
2. Click on view Results and you will be taken to a page that shows all the country’s 10 regions [R1-Harare, R2-Manicaland, R3-Mashonaland East, R4-Matabeleland North, R5-Midlands, R7-Masvingo, R7-Mashonaland Central, R8-Mashonaland West, R9-Matabeleland South, R10-Bulawayo].

3. Select the region where your school is located and proceed to the instructions for registration.

How To Create An Account To View The Zimsec 2025 O Level Results Online

Click on ”Register as a new user” and you will see the consent page like the one below.

The purpose of this screen is to make sure that you have the authority to view the results. Enter your details and those of the child in the respective spaces. Click ”I Accept” when you are done.

You will then be taken to the account creation page like the one below.

To register you will need your centre number, candidate number, and date of birth to create an account.

When entering the name of the candidate start with the Surname followed by the First Name and finally the initial for the second name, if there is one.

If you start with the first name followed by the surname, you may get an error message saying “Candidate details not found.”

You will also need to create a username and password for your account. Please remember these, as you will need them to view grade seven results online.

When you are done entering all the details, click “Register.

After registering and creating your new account, you will be redirected to the home page.

Log in using the username and password you chose when you created the account using the steps above.

After you enter the username and password, the ZIMSEC O-level online results portal will be opened. Click on ‘View Results” and the results will be displayed.
