How to Apply for the GZU August 2025 Intake

Secure a place in the GZU August 2025 Intake by completing the application process today. There are two ways to apply:

Online Application

1. Visit the GZU website: www.gzu.ac.zw.
2. Create an online application account.
3. Fill in personal and academic details.
4. Select your preferred programme of study.
5. Upload scanned certificates (academic, professional, birth) and national ID.
6. Pay a non-refundable application fee of US$20.00 (Undergraduate) or US$30.00 (Postgraduate).
7. Apply.

Physical Application

• Obtain an application form from the Admissions Office or download it from the university website.
• Pay the application fee and submit the form with certified copies of academic certificates, birth certificate/national ID, and marriage certificate (if applicable).

Closing Dates for the GZU August 2025 Intake

The application process for the GZU August 2025 Intake is time-sensitive. Ensure all applications are submitted before the closing date to secure a place. Below are the application deadlines:

• • Friday, 4 July 2025 for Commerce and Social Sciences Block Release programmes
• • Friday, 8 August 2025, for all Conventional programmes
• • Friday, 1 August 2025 for Heritage and Education, Natural Sciences and Agriculture Block Release programmes
