FAWE Africa and Forum for African Women Educationalists – Zimbabwe (FAWEZI), in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, are offering 200 bursaries for marginalised young women and men in Zimbabwe to study STEM-related courses at selected polytechnic colleges for the 2026 academic year.
This initiative aims to support marginalized young women and men pursuing Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM)-related programmes at selected polytechnics across Zimbabwe.
Key Details
- Number of Bursaries: 200
- Target Beneficiaries:
- 80% for young women
- 20% for young men
- 5-15% for persons with disabilities and refugees
- Priority: Participants facing high social and economic barriers

- Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education, Innovation Science and Technology Development Provincial Offices across Zimbabwe’s 10 provinces,
