Manicaland State University of Applied Sciences (MSUAS) is inviting applications for its August 2025 intake.

The applicants must have at least 5 ‘O’ level subjects or equivalent, including English Language and Mathematics at grade C or better in the ZIMSEC/Cambridge School examination or equivalen, in addition to the specified ‘A'’ level subjects or diplomas
Available Programmes:
Manicaland State University of Applied Sciences (MSUAS) offers the following programs for the August 2025 intake:
Faculty of Engineering (5 Years):
- BEng in Chemical and Processing
Entry Requirements: Passes at ‘A’ level in Chemistry and Mathematics or Physics, and any other Science subject. Diploma holders in Chemistry and / or related fields will be considered.
- BEng in Mining and Mineral Processing
Entry Requirements: Passes at ‘A’ level in Physics and Mathematics and any other Science subject. Diploma holders in mining engineering, metallurgy, geology, and mining surveying will be considered.
- BEng in Metallurgy
Entry Requirements: Passes at ‘A’ level in Chemistry and Mathematics and any other Science subject or Diploma in Mining Engineering, Geology, Metallurgical Assaying and Mine Surveying.
Faculty of Applied Sciences and Technology (4 Years):
- BSc Information Systems
Entry Requirements: Passes at ‘A’ level in at least two of the following subjects: Management of Business, Economics and Mathematics / equivalent, or at least National Diploma / Professional Qualification in Computer Science/Information Systems
- BSc Applied Statistics
Entry Requirements: Passes at ‘A’ level in Mathematics, and any Sciences or Commercials
- BSc Computer Science
Entry Requirements: Passes at ‘A’ Level in Mathematics and Physics/Computer Science.
- BSc in Computer Systems Engineering
Entry Requirements: Passes at ‘A’ Level in Mathematics and Physics and any other Science subject OR a Diploma in Approved Electrical Engineering, Computing field or any equivalent qualifications from recognized institutions will be considered
- BSc in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics
Entry Requirements: Passes at `A` level in Mathematics and any other Commercial subject or any relevant Science subject, OR Diploma in Computing field or any equivalent qualifications from recognized institutions will be considered
- BSc in Cyber Security and Forensic Computing
Entry Requirements: Passes at `A` Level in Mathematics and Computer Science or any other relevant Science subject OR at least a Diploma in an approved Computing field or equivalent qualifications from recognized institutions will be considered.

Entry Requirements: Any 2 ‘A’ levels with commercials being an added advantage or at least National Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management / Tourism Management /Marketing Management, Retail Management, Institute of Administration and Commerce (IAC)
- BCom Accounting
Entry Requirements: Passes at ‘A’ level in Accounting and any of the following ‘A’ level subjects; Mathematics, Economics, Management of Business, Computing (Computer Science) + ‘O’ Level Mathematics
- BCom Business Management
Entry Requirements: Passes at ‘A’ level in Management of Business and any subjects in Commercials, Sciences or Arts
- BSc Agricultural Economics and Development
Entry Requirements: Any 2 ‘A’ levels in Commercials / Sciences with Agriculture being an added advantage or a Diploma/Higher National Diploma in Agriculture including ‘O’ Level Mathematics
- NEW: Master of Science Degree in Tourism and Hospitality
Faculty of Applied Social Sciences (4 Years):
- BSc Psychology
Entry Requirements: Humanities/Arts + any ‘O’ level science subject & Mathematic
- BSc Organisational and Industrial Psychology
Entry Requirements: Any 2 “A” Level passes and `O` level Mathematics plus any ‘O’ level science subject (Combined Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics) & or a relevant Diploma will be considered
- BSc Human Resource Management
Entry Requirements: A level passes in Management of Business, + any Humanities /Arts

The completed application form accompanied by certified copies of birth certificate, national identity and educational certificates. Please note that the University only consider applications once the application fee has been paid.
