Kwekwe Polytechnic August 2025 Intake Important Accommodation & Induction Guidelines
On-campus residents must check in on 3 August 2025
Induction Week runs from 4–8 August 2025 and attendance is compulsory.
During induction, all students must submit the following to the Registry Office:
- Certified hard copies of:
➤ O-Level Certificates
➤ Birth Certificate
➤ National ID - Proof of all required payments (tuition, work suit, tracksuit)
- Two passport-sized photos
By the end of registration, each student must have:
- A valid Student ID
- A functional Student Email Account
Class lists will be created from Induction attendance; failure to attend means you lose your offer.
How to Apply for College Accommodation
- Accommodation is limited and can only be applied for after full fees payment.
- Fill in the Hostel Application Form from the website:
