The Ministry of Health and Child Care (MoHCC) invites suitably qualified applicants for the 2026 intakes into the Three-Year Diploma in General Nursing and Mental Health Nursing programmes.
Applications are invited for the following sessions:
- January 2026
- May 2026
- September 2026
General Nurse Training Entry Requirements
Applicants must hold at least five (5) Ordinary Level passes, including:
- English Language
- A Science subject (Biology, Chemistry, Integrated Science, Physical Science, Combined Science, or Physics)
Excluding practical subjects like Food and Nutrition, Textiles and Fabrics, Metal Work, Technical Graphics, Art, Woodwork, Physical Education, and Agriculture.
Applicants must be aged between 18 and 30 years at the time of applying.

Mental Health Nurse Training

Shortlisted candidates must present the following at interviews:
- Original and certified copies of:

- National ID

- Marriage Certificate (where applicable)
- Two (2) passport-size photos
- Verification of certificates will be done on the interview day
