- Normal Entry: At least 5 ‘O’ Level passes, including English Language
- Mature Entry: At least 4 ‘O’ Levels including English and 30 years or older
- Special Entry: Media-related experience
2. Diploma in International Communication, Diplomacy & NGO Studies
At least 5 ‘O’ Level passes, including English Language
3. Certificate in Video Filming & Editing
4. Certificate in Photo Journalism
5. Certificate in Radio Production & Presentation
6. Certificate in TV Production & Presentation
