Kadoma College of Technical Education is inviting applications from suitably qualified persons who wish to train in the following programmes for the August 2026 intake.
Polytechnic Programmes – HEXCO Courses
The following National Certificate programmes are available:
- NC in Information Technology – 2 semesters (1 year)
- NC in Fashion Clothing and Textiles – 2 semesters (1 year)
- NC in Plumbing and Drain Laying – 6 semesters (3 years)
- NC in Motor Mechanics – 6 semesters (3 years)
- NC in Fabrication – 6 semesters (3 years)
- NC in Building Technology – 6 semesters (3 years)
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have 5 O’ Levels, including:
- English Language
- Science
- Mathematics
Exception: The Science and Mathematics requirement does not apply to applicants for Clothing and Textiles.
Diploma in Technical Education – University of Zimbabwe
Pedagogics Programme – Secondary
Duration: 3 semesters (1½ years)
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- A certificate in engineering courses or
- A diploma in non-engineering courses
- 5 O’ Levels, including English Language and Mathematics
